Melissa's infectious passion for wildlife and her growing desire to communicate the science around animals to the general public has allowed her the opportunity to be on television! Márquez has the ability to make science easy-to-understand and entertaining, using her experience and knowledge to help create wildlife films that showcase animal behaviour. She believes television shows, when done properly, can help generate interest in the general public to learn more about the nature shown on the screen and help champion a lifestyle where we fight for conserving wildlife while living side by side.
